1.Booking a trip
Booking will be in existence after the company sends you a confirmation email. After the nonrefundable transfer of 25% of the trip cost to our Bank, we will send you confirmation email since that your booking will be valid and rest of the amount has to pay us after your arrival in Kathmandu, before departure of the trip.
Payment can be done via bank transfer or by Visa Card/ Master Card. Below are the details of our bank to make the transfer,

In case of cancellation of the trip after it is confirmed by the participant, Adventure Himalaya Nepal is not liable to make any refund but will accept if the trip transfers by participants to friend or family member as a holiday gift voucher.
After the trip start, if the participant canceled the trip after taking the partial service Adventure Himalaya Nepal will not make any refund.
Adventure Himalaya Nepal reserved the right to cancel any guaranteed trip prior to departure due to the reasons beyond its control such as natural disaster, strikes, bad weather, political problems etc. In this case, we will propose you an alternative trip
Please inform us if you have any serious health problems at the time of booking. Failure to inform at the time of booking can cause to refuse your travel.
We advise all travelers to take travel insurance which can cover all injury and illness medical expenses including emergency helicopter rescue. You must bring the print of insurance as a proof and give a copy of it to us before the trip departure.
